The stress hormone cortisol is a pesky culprit that is responsible for gaining weight as too much caloric intake.  The high-stress can lead to a serious overweight gains and we must provide some drastic measures before this things get worst.  There are variety of causes that stress brings and some of primary cause are finances, career, kids, relationship and properties. There are some ways that we can reduce the increasing of cortisol.  The first step in order to prevent in coming out of stress that can cause obesity is to work properly and fix like career stress, relationship and many more.  The second step is to eat smaller but healthy foods frequently to prevent the cortisol release.  The third steps is too exercise daily but don’t overdo it and the last step is to practice relaxation techniques daily such as meditation.
